First of all, check if you have a Proxy Server or VPN devices that are open. Although they can serve as a bridge to improve your connection and protect your privacy, they can also cause unexpected troubles with access permissions. In this way, disable your opened VPN and Proxy.

Fix 1: Clear Browser Cache

A damaged cache or cookie data can be the reason for the error code: 232011. You can clear the corruption via the following steps.

Step 1: Open your browser and click the three-dot icon to choose Settings.
