To turn off popup blocker on Chrome, you should launch a new Chrome tab and click on the three-dot icon. Then, head to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects. Under the Default behavior section, choose Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
If you need to enable the popup blocker on Chrome, just switch the option to Don’t allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
You can add specific websites to Allowed/Not allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects according to your needs in the Customized behaviors section.

Disable Popup Blockers on Microsoft Edge
Windows users may use Microsoft Edge, which is developed by Microsoft and set as the default browser. Here is how to disable popup blocker on Microsoft Edge.
1. Open a new tab and choose the three-dot icon at the top right corner.
2. Change to the Cookies and site permissions tab at the left pane, then scroll down to find and click Pop-up and redirects at the right pane.
3. Toggle the switch from Blocked (recommended) to Off.
For Andriod users, there is no option to directly disable the popup blocker on Microsoft Edge.
Disable Popup Blocker on Safari
Safari is a web browser developed by Apple. This browser runs on Apple’s operating systems, including macOS, IOS, iPadOS, etc. To disable popup blocker on Mac, you need to open the Safari browser and click Safari > Settings on the top menu. Click the Websites tab and scroll down to choose Pop-up Windows on the side pane. At the bottom of this window, you can locate the When visiting other websites section, choose Allow from the dropdown menu.
To turn off popup blocker on Safari on your iPhone, you can navigate to Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups, just turn off the switch of the Block Pop-up option.
