Step 3: Navigate to this path: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon.

Step 5: Click Disable in the pop-up window and click on Apply > OK to save the changes.

If your computers are connected to Azure Active Directory, you need to disable the "Use Windows Hello for Business" setting in gpedit.msc. To do this, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Hello for Business. Once there, locate the "Use Windows Hello for Business" option on the right side and set it to "Disabled".

Way 3. Disable Windows Hello with Registry

To disable Windows Hello, you can also do that via Registry. Do the following:

Modifying the registry can be a risky thing. Therefore, please back up the registry before proceeding.

Step 1: Press the Windows key and R key together to open the Run dialog.

Step 2: Type regedit in the box and click on OK.

Step 3: Navigate to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions.

Step 4: In the right panel, double-click the DWORD entry named value and set it to 0.

Step 5: Reboot your computer and check if the Windows Hello is disabled.
